This person is using clickbait to rule his or her customers. That practice is ruining a brand's reputation and credibility. Why don’t you focus on creating contents which are valuable to your customers ? And tell them exactly what they can find in your content.

Not Personalize your communication with your customers

Not meeting your target customers
